Terms and Conditions

They stipulate that German law and exclusion of the referral norms of private international law apply, whereby the application of mandatory legal provisions of the country of your habitual residence remains unaffected if you have submitted your contractual offer as a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country at the time of your offer. Furthermore, it is regulated therein that, as far as permissible, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich, given you are a merchant and have your registered office in Germany at the time of your offer.

Pursuant to Article 14 (1) of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on online dispute resolution in consumer matters (ODR Regulation), we are obliged to reference to the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) of the European Commission.
